Lindy Butterfield, Vice President of Operations


Melinda “Lindy” Butterfield oversees strategic call center direction, customer service quality, and the recruitment and training of managerial staff. Lindy brings nearly 20 years’ experience in call center operations, project and vendor management. Before joining Beryl, Butterfield spent more than six years with Citi, most recently serving as the customer care director for CitiMortgage. Previously she was a member of the management team at Providian and TeleServices Resources. Butterfield is active in her community by participating in organizations including United Way and the March of Dimes. She has received numerous awards, including the Presidential Volunteer Award, Chairman’s Leadership Award and YMCA Women of Business Award.
