Bob Willey, Director of Training & Development


As the leader of the training and development team, Bob is responsible for ensuring that every employee at Beryl receives the necessary learning opportunities to maximize their performance. Prior to coming to Beryl, he was Vice President of Leadership and Management at Countrywide financial for four years. In his twenty five years of management experience, he has led Training and Performance Improvement functions in multiple industries and four call center operations. Bob brings to Beryl his expertise in organizational effectiveness, sales & sales management, executive development, client management, performance/competency models, distance learning, and evaluation. Over the years Bob has been recognized as a leader in the field of improving organizational performance by the International Society of Performance Improvement.
