Bob Pallari, Former CEO, Legacy Health System in Portland

For the last 17 years of a 35-year career in healthcare, Mr. Pallari was a member of the executive management team for Legacy Health System, serving most recently as president and CEO. Prior to joining Legacy, he was the president and CEO for Managed Healthcare, NW, Inc.; Northwest Physicians Alliance, Inc.; and Foundation HealthPlan of Northwest. He also served as assistant public health director for the Oregon's Multnomah County Health Department. His numerous appointments include co-chair for the Governor's Health Care Commission/Oregon Health Plan Development, board member for the Oregon Health Policy Commission and is involved with the Academy for International Health Studies. Mr. Pallari holds a both a Master of Science in health services administration and a Bachelor of Science in health sciences and education from the University of Oregon.
