Terry Allison Rappuhn, C.P.A., Former CFO, Quorum Health Group, Inc

Terry Allison Rappuhn has over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She is an independent consultant, speaker and author, with an emphasis on the revenue cycle and its impact on the consumer. Terry is a member of the Board of Directors of AGA Medical and a member of the Advisory Council of Precyse Solutions, Inc. She was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Quorum Health Group, Inc., which owned or operated for others over 250 hospitals and health systems. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of Genesis HealthCare Corporation and the HFMA National Board of Directors. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and is certified public accountant.
