Jim Stalder, Chief Information Officer


Jim Stalder has been involved in many different aspects of the technology industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Beryl in March, 2009, Jim was the CIO for six years at Mercy Health Services - a $600M healthcare provider headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Jim was responsible for the technology strategy for Mercy’s acute care hospital, dozens of physician practices, and a long term care facility. He led Mercy through the implementation of several new clinical systems, including electronic medical records, PACS, and barcoded bedside medication administration.

Jim has held leadership positions at software-as-a-service pioneers USinternetworking and Digex - where he was primarily responsible for strategy and product development. At Digex and USinternetworking, Jim was responsible for developing and launching several product lines which contributed to both organizations completing initial public offerings. Jim also spent several years at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) working with large scale custom application development projects in the telecommunications industry.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
