Lance Shipp, Chief Operating Officer

Lance occupies both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer positions for Beryl and works closely with CEO Paul Spiegelman to develop strategy and corporate direction for the Company. He is responsible for operationalizing that strategy and oversees the day to day operations of Beryl. He specializes in managing emerging companies through fast growth and transition having worked with them for more than 20 years. He is a former Deloitte and Touche consultant and has worked for two INC 500 companies, three Fast Tech 50 companies and one Dallas 100 company during his career. Some of his previous employers include Santé Rehabilitation, National Telemanagement Corporation, CNET and Micronyx. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He also is a Certified Public Accountant. Lance is currently a member of the board of directors for the Community Enrichment Center, where he formerly served as chairman. He also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
