GRAPHICALLY DISPLAYS RESULTS OF PHYSICIAN REFERRAL SERVICES TO BETTER UNDERSTAND CALLER ACTIVITY
BerylHealth continues to invest in services and technology to help improve the patient experience. Advanced Analytical Reporting provides users with a dynamic browser-based analytics tool to visually represent data regarding their physician referral services through a variety of custom charts and graphs. These reports can be filtered to better understand caller activity and a hospital’s overall performance and provide access to trending reports on call volume, referral volume and warm transfer rates, as well as system-level roll-up results. Results are shown over a 13-month period. This is the first installment of several service line reporting enhancements that are planned throughout 2012, including channels such as chat, email, outbound campaigns, and on-line applications.
The sample chart reflects some of the data provided by this reporting. The information in these reports helps hospitals better analyze their marketing efforts to see which activities generate the most interest and which physicians and specialties generate the most referrals.
