CALL ADVISORS
BerylHealth's Call Advisors are the first point of contact for our clients' patients and potential customers. They are rigorously trained in customer service, the healthcare industry, your brand and specific protocol so they can provide both a technically proficient and compassionate experience every time.

TEAM LEADS
Our Team Leads manage our Call Advisor teams, providing the technical, training and service support needed to convey a consistent, personal and compassionate experience for your customer. Team Leads also coach and motivate to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered with each and every communication.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
BerylHealth's Account Management team manages the client experience, which includes ongoing communication, report generation, revenue monitoring, and much more. They work with Team Leads and Call Advisors to exceed client expectations.
