The Beryl Companies Selects Linda von der Heide and Valerie Donahue as Strategic Account Executives

(DALLAS, TX) - The Beryl Companies, the nation's leading provider of outsourced call center services to healthcare organizations, announced that Linda von der Heide and Valerie Donahue have joined the company as their new strategic account executives. They will be responsible for overall growth, retention and strategic planning with senior management at assigned clients for Beryl, which currently works with 450 of the nation's hospitals and health systems. 

Both Linda and Valerie have extensive healthcare experience. With Linda’s background in customer service and the call center industries, she will be an asset to Beryl and shed new light on how to excel in customer service. Linda brings more than 25 years of customer care, business operations, and technology experience, predominantly in healthcare services. Prior to joining Beryl, she was the director of customer care for Handango, the leading e-commerce retailer of smartphone software.

Before Handango, Linda worked for VHA, Inc. for 17 years. During her tenure at VHA, Linda served in many roles driven by her zeal for customer care and quality. In addition to Linda’s work experience, she has participated in various organizations, such as the International Customer Service Organization (ICSA) where she served as President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter and earned the Chapter Excellence Award. In addition, she was a member of the Call Center Network Group (CCNG) and the American Teleservices Association (ATA).

Valerie is no stranger to the Beryl family—she worked at the company headquarters for RedBrick Health, a disease management and wellness company, as the process improvement manager. She brings over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry.  Valerie is a licensed insurance professional, having spent the bulk of her career in sales and account management leadership roles for some of the nation’s leading healthcare benefits companies, including Aetna, Inc. and CVS/Caremark.
