Physician Referral includes the following:

- Web referral: This online physician finding service is branded with your hospital information and powered by BerylHealth´s search algorithms.
- Physician appointment setting: During office hours, BerylHealth´s Call Advisors can directly transfer the call to a physician´s office and document the appointment.
- Bilingual capabilities: BerylHealth answers calls 24/7 in Spanish or English.
- Reporting: Physicians receive a monthly letter detailing the inbound call referrals made to them specifically. Callers receive a confirmation letter mailed the following business day.
