Beryl Introduces Advanced Analytical Reporting to Hospitals

New tool will better position hospitals to make strategic decisions regarding their marketing programs

Dallas, Texas (October 11, 2011) –  Beryl, a technology-focused patient experience services company dedicated to connecting healthcare providers to consumers, introduced a new business intelligence reporting module to support its 500 hospital clients. Advanced Analytical Reporting provides users with an in-depth view of their Marketing Services performance over a rolling 13-month period.  Never before has a hospital had access to reporting that gives such powerful insights into the trending performance of their marketing spend. Advanced Analytical Reporting visually represents critical data regarding a hospital’s physician referral services. The data within the tool is presented in a variety of custom charts and graphs that can be filtered to better understand caller activity and a hospital’s overall referral program results.

After accessing the module, a hospital can use the browser-based analytics to review metrics such as call volume, referral volume and warm transfer rates, as well as marketing channel data that has proven successful in driving call volume. The information available in these reports ultimately helps hospitals to more effectively analyze their marketing efforts as well as understand which physicians and specialties are generating the most referrals.  A hospital can harness the report’s trending data to make strategic business decisions to improve its marketing programs, such as targeting which campaigns are the most profitable and making adjustments to bring greater revenue and support the patient experience.
